When You Arrive
We’re going to use two examples. In both examples, you’re going to meet someone at an office building for a potential business partnership. If this deal works out, it can change your life. If you don’t land this deal, it sends you back to the grind. However, you need to be able to trust the other party to make this deal.
Example #1
You’re going to meet Mr. Jones, who is awaiting your arrival at 131 Main Avenue. When you pull up, you notice that the turf is spotty. You try to not let this bother you, but in the back of your mind, you know it’s a bad sign. If someone doesn’t pay attention to detail with the exterior of their building, you can’t expect them to pay attention to detail with their work. Mr. Jones should have looked into quality commercial turf equipment.

You’re going to meet Mr. Bezos, who is awaiting your arrival at 145 Spruce Avenue. When you pull up, you notice the pristine condition of the turf. You immediately feel comfortable and confident working with Mr. Bezos because you can tell he pays attention to detail. It’s obvious he uses high-quality commercial turf equipment in order to maintain a beautiful appearance for his property.
